Tech Support :: You are unable to see the ARCHIVE video stream « back

It is likely that your firewall is blocking your access to the webcast stream.

If you are attempting to view the ARCHIVED webcast:

If Media Player does not automatically open, or you see a security message within Internet Explorer, you are being blocked from accessing this video stream. This is most likely caused by your company or personal firewall. Forward the link above to your IT department to make the necessary changes to your firewall.

If your IT department has made the changes to your firewall and you are still experiencing problems with your video stream, please follow the steps below:

  • Right-click on the video window and select Options.
  • Select the Network tab.
  • In the Streaming Protocols section, uncheck the top two Streaming Protocol circles, which are Multicast and UDP. Leave TCP and HTTP checked. (You can also try and uncheck TCP.)
  • Now look at the Streaming Proxy settings section. Click on the HTTP protocol then click the Configure button.
  • Change the Proxy Setting to Do Not Use a Proxy Server.
  • Click OK to the Configure Protocol window.
  • Click OK to the Options window.
  • Press the F5 key on your keyboard to reload the connection to the webcast.
